This series of stretches was designed for the day after a heavy chest workout and before leg training on consecutive days.

The Standing Downward Dog Stretch

This stretch, besides the memories, is my best souvenir from Costa Rica. This is a great anytime stretch but I specifically use it as active recovery after squatting, pull ups, lat pulls and leg curls.
