“> I made this video for my client Mark but it certainly will suit anyone looking to add variety or start a home/fitness center Dumb bell routine. Having been a NYC personal Trainer for the past 8 years I’ve certainly trained a wide range of age groups. My oldest client at the moment is 76 and my youngest at the moment is Mark who’s 24 (or 23, he just had a birthday, sorry Mark). Mark asked me to show him some things to do at home with some new dumb bells he got for his birthday, so here’s a couple of things you can do. Doing something like this for a client is always exciting for me because they’re motivated to train on their own and through this training they begin the process of discovering their bodies and what works for them. I admire Mark for his determination and motivation, he constantly inspires me to push harder, but at the same time to be more patient with myself and my own process. There’s been more than a few times that he’s had to excuse himself from the training floor to physically re-group after an exhausting circuit but he keeps coming back. Mark, keep coming and keep training on your own and you will attain your goal
