Begin A 4 Week Mesocycle – Lean out for Summer – 3/15/09

 The  idea behind the  the next  four weeks of training is to lose body fat and get lean for summer. Each training session will be geared to training chest, back, shoulders, legs and either bi’s or tri’s. The following day will be treadmill interval training and abs. Each weight workout will have a particular focus that I’ll maintain with pyramid style  lifting.

Todays focus is back.

1. lat pulldown-pyramid

   a. arm circles both directions holding weights

2. 1 arm row

   a. push ups

3. reverse DB fly

   a. military/yoga push up

4. bent arm kip ups (these are tough, i will make a video for these)

5. 100 sit ups (ok, lied. we’re doing a lot of abs all the time)
