Workout – 3/25/09 – Cardio and Abs
In the process of todays interval training I heard that nasty little pop, which I know from past experience that I just pulled my Hamstring. I had to stop training today but will return tomorrow to train my upper body. What did I do following the workout.
1. Stop
2. Ice
3. Elevate
4. also took some advil.
Over the next few days i will be applying ice in the evenings for about 5 minutes or so and wrapping my leg with an ACE bandage ( for support ).
