Incorporate Yoga into Your Routine

Today I was fortunate enough to have an expert yoga instructor take me through about 25 minutes of yoga. I find that yoga is a great adjunct to strength training as it keeps those burgeoning muscles long and lean. There are many great instructors out there that can teach you proper form and technique.
A more economical approach would be to select a few DVD’s to see what’s right for you.
